How to do meditation - step by step guide by Aditri's mind freshning tips


 How to do meditation-

1. take a comfortable place to do meditation and take any mat.

2. Sit straight. With your Eyes sleep.

3) And keep your mind empty do not think anything.

do this continuously for 2 to 5 mins.
